Latest figures on people using the internet have risen again according to Nua Ltd.
Statistics for February 2002 show that there are 1.27 million internet users in Ireland and 544.2 million internet users worldwide.

Melon Surprise.
1 Melon
1 Small Tin Fruit Cocktail
1/2 Square Red Jelly
1/2 Glass port wine
Remove top of melon (enough to allow teaspoon to fit into opening). Scoop out seeds. Leave melon upside down to drain. Make jelly up to about half a pint with fruit juice, port and fruit. Cool until nearly set. fill into melon and stir with the handle of spoon to distribute fruit. set until firm. Cut into four using a hot knife.Decorate with mint leaves. Enjoy!
