Location:

The house is located in the town of Carrick-on-Suir which has a population of 5,500 people, is on a very scenic stretch of the River Suir beside the Comeragh Mountains and Slievenamon. The Town has a Heritage Centre situated on the pre-reformation burial ground and is housed in the former protestant church. Ormond Castle, 15th century Manor House, a building of grace and character, Kilcash Castle and Ahenny High Crosses, should not be missed. There are many interesting walks and places to visit in the town.
