Clay Pigeon shooting is available at the Castle for novices and experts. For the more experienced, the Castle also offers an extensive Sporting Clays course. Prices are as follows  :44.44 for 25 clays plus :25.39 for instruction; :76.18 for 50 clays; :126.97 for 100 clays per person; includes cartridges and use of shotgun. Instructor's Rates are extra, but is usually available if desired. Sunglasses must be worn, hearing protection provided.

Lessons are available with Nini Odenrick, Chef d'Equipe of the Irish Dressage Team @ :107.93 per session plus horse hire. Lessons with Resident Instructor @ :63.49 per hour plus horse hire. American Hunt seat lessons with Alex Brant @ :107.93 per session. Bookings must be made in advance.

In Season, by prior arrangement, join our pro for stick and ball on our Polo field. Horse Riding experience is necessary. An International all year, all weather outdoor Arena Polo can be arranged nearby with Polo Wicklow.

Can be arranged at nearby clubs. The European, Carlow, Mt Woolsey, Druids Glen, Rathsallagh House, Kilkea Castle and others. Green Fees between :50.79 and :139.67, depending on course.

Can be arranged with the Kildare hunt, Kilkenny, The Island, Shilleagh and Ward Union. Horse rental and Cap Fee costs approximately :228.55 per day, depending on the Hunt.

Join our local guide for an invogorating walk. you will see not only the beautiful surrounding countryside, but also many ancient ruins. :25.39 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours and maximum five persons.
